Valentina Ochoa González

Valentina leads the Labor and Social Security Law area at Ariza & Marín. She has a law degre from EAFIT University and is currently pursuing a specialization in Civil Liability. In her professional career she has provided legal advice to individuals and legal entities in the private sector in highly complex matters related to both Labor and Social Security Law.

Furthermore, she has acted as legal defense of different companies in the insurance sector before the civil, labor and contentious-administrative jurisdictions. She worked at the Superior Court of Medellin, Labor Chamber. Valentina’s proficiency in Colombian labor legislation and jurisprudence allows her to provide our clients with opportune, comprehensive and strategic legal advice according to their needs.

She maintains a close relationship with academia, she is passionate about issues related to employer’s liability. She is rigorous, proactive and efficient in finding solutions.
