Valentina Franco Valencia

Valentinais a lawyer from EAFIT University. As a student, she worked as an administrative monitor of the Secretary of Law Department and has led several programs at EAFIT university focused on children’s pedagogy.

During her professional career, she has structured the legal defense of several insurance companies before the civil, labor and contentious-administrative jurisdictions.

Furthermore, he has coordinated and managed tax liability proceedings brought against insurance companies involved as civilly liable third parties.
She has a special interest in Procedural and Administrative Law, and is currently studying for a diploma in Insurance Law. Valentina stands out for her efficiency, proactivity and analytical skills.
